2019-2020 CHAPTER OFFICERS
Chapter President Destini Clerk- Presides over meeting and prepares meeting agendas. Sets tone for leadership, delegation, spirit, teamwork, and cooperation with other officers. Assists Advisory with leadership training and conferences. Represents the club to find the school and the community.
Chapter Vice-President Billy Thompson- Presides over meeting when president is absent and assists with Star Events, Power of one, and National Programs at local level. Coordinate committees for each of these events. Helps inform members of these programs.
Chapter Secretary MaryBeth Thompson- Records minutes of meetings, handles all correspondence with other chapter, the school, and the community. copies of minutes are given to the adviser and recorded in the Chapter Binder. Keeps record of member participation and assist
with preparation for awards and recognition. Provides information about points to members and updates officers and advisers at meetings. Updates the bylaws for points information.
Chapter Treasurer Bobbi Busbey- Chairman of all fundraising and keeps track of all expenses within the club budget. Helps prepare budget annually. Works with advisers to receipt dues and track finances.
Chapter Reporter Adrianne Gastineau- Inform the student body of upcoming events, awards, and keeps members informed of chapter happenings. COMMUNICATION EXPERT.
Chapter Historian Brianna Smith- keeps a pictorial history of the chapter events and compiles a slide show for the local banquet. Takes pictures for the Chapter Scrapbook or Display Board and organizes a committee to compile the scrapbook or display for Star Events.
Chapter Recreational Leader Kaylee Nelson- Plans and executes games and relaxers for chapter meetings and coordinates various group actives for the members throughout the year ( social trips, parties, activities, and other celebrations with lots of member input and support.)
Chapter Parliamentarian James Thompson- Is knowledgeable of the rules of Parliamentary Procedure. They will update the bylaws and make sure meetings are run correctly.
